Smartroof is a complete panelised roof system primarily for achieving 'Room In The Roof' both faster and safer whilst also offering enhanced insulation values and unique design options. Smartroof panels span from gable end to gable end and do not require any purlin supports, therefore allowing 100% usable space, spandrel panels form the gable and party walls to further speed build times whilst complying with Robust Detail and NHBC specifications.

The Barratt Green House, the first Code Level 6 house to be built by a national developer utilised smartroof in order to achieve the exceptional U Values required as well as ensuring the structure maintained air tightness. Smartroof panels were combined with a Sedum 'green roof' and Photo Voltaics, giving us an insight to the future of roofing.

Smartroof have partnered with RoofSpace Systems to offer the complete roof package to House Builders nationally, this whole solution to a traditionally complicated build process allows the developer to have absolute control of both costs and programme on site.
