CUSTOMER UPDATE

We have always sought to balance the needs of our customers with the safety of our employees and the protection of their health. Nothing is more important to us than the safety of our team, which, in line with many Saint-Gobain businesses, led to the recent closure of Roofspace’s production and installation services.

The days since have been used to assess how best to safely serve our customer’s needs during these difficult and challenging times.

Having introduced extensive new health and safety procedures at our manufacturing sites, including social distancing, new cleaning regimes and PPE, we will begin a phased re-opening of our production site at Alcester at the beginning of May, with the intention of restarting site installation from the 18th of May.

Our primary responsibility remains the health and safety of our employees, our subcontractors, and their families, and so we will be operating at a reduced production capacity to ensure we can meet guidance on social distancing.

Our operations team will be in touch with you over the next couple of weeks regarding your previously required install date, and we will work closely with you and your teams to accommodate your new requests.
